Shipping Policy

Mahavu products are made to order through our production partners. Please allow time for your order to be produced before it ships.

Processing Times

Most orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 2–7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on the product, production partner, order volume, holidays, product availability, or other circumstances.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has been produced and shipped, delivery times will vary depending on your location, the shipping method, and the production partner fulfilling your order.

Mahavu products are currently fulfilled by our Canadian production partners. If your order contains multiple products, they may be shipped separately and may arrive in separate packages or at different times.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances outside our control may occur.

Customs & Import Fees

Mahavu currently ships within Canada and the United States. Canadian orders fulfilled and delivered within Canada are not subject to import duties. Orders shipped from Canada to the United States may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. Any applicable charges not collected at checkout are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive tracking information after your order ships. Please allow some time for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Incorrect Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production or shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking information shows an unusual delay or you believe your package may be lost, please contact us with your order number so we can look into the issue.
